After placing an order, if you need to cancel it for any reason, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the order list page.
Click "My Orders - Mall Orders" in the top navigation bar of the mall or "Order Management" on the right to enter the order list page and select the order you want to cancel.
Click the "Cancel Entire Order/Partial Cancellation" button to enter the cancellation page.
2. Select the items you want to cancel.
Check and confirm the items you want to cancel, then click the "Cancel Selected Products" button, select the reason for cancellation, and click the "Confirm" button.
3. Successfully submit the cancellation request and wait for review.
If the item status is "Pending Payment," the cancellation will be successful immediately after submitting the cancellation request, and the item status will change to [Cancelled];
If the item status is "Pending Confirmation" or "Confirmed," you need to wait for our company's review after submitting the cancellation request, and the item status will change to [Cancellation in Progress].
4. You can also go to the order details page, click the "Cancel Entire Order/Partial Cancellation" button, and follow the above process to cancel.
*Each order cancellation record must be processed before you can apply for cancellation again for the same order.
5. View cancellation progress.
In the [Cancellation Records], select the order you want to view, click "View Details" to view the cancellation processing status of the order, or contact your dedicated order manager for expedited processing of the cancellation request.
Processing: Waiting for our company's review
Rejected: Cancellation application review failed
Processed: Cancellation review approved
