Clear Requirements: Please clearly define your specific needs, including but not limited to the exact dimensions, materials, and grammage of packaging materials, expected production efficiency, as well as the equipment installation site conditions (dimensions, voltage, air supply). The more detailed information you provide, the more accurate solutions we can offer.
Technical Communication: Since mechanical equipment falls into the category of non-standard customized products, we strongly recommend that you conduct thorough technical communication with our sales engineers. You may also arrange on-site inspections or prototype testing to verify whether the equipment performance meets your company’s requirements.
Solution Confirmation: Please carefully review the technical proposal and quotation provided by our company, and confirm the equipment model, configuration, price, delivery time, payment terms, quality standards, and after-sales service clauses. Once confirmed, the proposal will serve as the basis for subsequent production and acceptance.
Order Validity: An order shall only take effect and be included in the production plan after our company receives the officially signed and sealed Purchase and Sales Contract and the advance payment as stipulated in the contract. Oral commitments, email intentions, etc., shall not constitute a valid order without an official contract.
Payment Terms: Please make payment in strict accordance with the payment method and schedule specified in the contract. If you anticipate any payment delay due to special circumstances, please communicate with us in advance. Failure to make payment as agreed will entitle our company to postpone the delivery date accordingly.
Contract Modification: After the order takes effect, if you need to modify the equipment configuration, technical parameters, etc., such requests must be submitted in writing. Our company will evaluate the impact of such modifications on technical feasibility, delivery time, and contract amount. Any modification shall only take effect after both parties reach an agreement and sign a supplementary agreement.
Delivery Time: The delivery time stated in the contract is an estimated timeframe under normal production conditions, calculated from the date of receiving the advance payment and finalizing all technical details. Our company shall not be liable for any delivery delay caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, major policy adjustments, epidemics, etc.) or your party’s reasons (such as delayed technical confirmation, delayed payment, change requests).
Factory Acceptance Test (Optional):
We encourage and welcome you to conduct a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) on the equipment either by visiting our factory in person or via video link before shipment.
Goods Transportation: The mode of equipment transportation and associated costs shall be implemented in accordance with the contract terms. Upon delivery of the equipment to the designated location, please sign for receipt promptly and inspect the integrity of the outer packaging. In case of severe damage to the outer packaging, please take photos for evidence immediately and notify both the logistics company and our company to facilitate the claim process.
Unpacking and Installation: Please ensure that our engineers are present during unpacking or conduct the process under video guidance. Any equipment damage caused by unpacking performed by non-professionals shall be borne by your party. The installation and commissioning of the equipment must be carried out by professional engineers designated by our company, and you shall provide necessary assistance (such as hoisting, water, electricity and air supply connections, etc.).
Quality Standards: The equipment quality shall comply with the technical agreement specified in the contract and relevant national standards.
Warranty Terms:
The equipment shall enjoy a 12-month free warranty service starting from the date of final acceptance (subject to the specific provisions in the contract).
The warranty coverage includes faults caused by inherent material defects, design flaws, or manufacturing defects of the equipment.
The following situations are not covered by the free warranty:
Faults or damage resulting from operation, disassembly, or maintenance performed by non-our company personnel.
Faults caused by improper operation, inadequate maintenance, or overloading in violation of the operation manual.
Damage caused by force majeure events (such as earthquakes, floods, fires, abnormal voltage, etc.) or harsh external environments (such as dust, corrosion).
Natural wear and tear or aging of consumable parts (such as belts, suction nozzles, standard cylinders, bearings, etc.).
After-sales Service: We provide a 7×24-hour technical support hotline. In the event of equipment malfunctions, please contact your sales engineer or our service hotline immediately via phone or WeChat, and our engineers will provide remote guidance to assist in resolving the issue. If on-site service is required, we will arrange for engineers to arrive at the site as soon as possible (the specific response time is subject to the contract terms).
All technical documents, solutions, drawings, software, and other intellectual property provided by our company shall be owned exclusively by our company. You shall not copy, disclose, or use them for any purposes other than those specified in this contract.
