1. Go to the order list page in the online store, select the order requiring after-sales service, and click "Apply for After-Sales Service".
(*Orders are valid for one year; after-sales service can be applied for orders with the status "Pending Receipt/Completed".)
2. Select the product for which you need after-sales service, click the "Apply for After-Sales Service" button, select the after-sales service type "I need repair" and other relevant information, and click the "Submit" button.
3. Wait for our company's review results;
3.1 If the review is approved, the order tracker/sales representative will confirm the repair method with you;
If "On-site repair" is selected, the contact information of the repair personnel will be displayed on the after-sales details page. The user can schedule an on-site repair time with the repair personnel. After the repair is completed;
If "Return to factory for repair" is selected, the user needs to print the [After-Sales Service Form] and send it together with the after-sales materials. After sending, fill in the courier tracking number on the after-sales details page so that your after-sales materials can be processed quickly;
(*If the courier tracking number for the returned goods is not filled in within the specified time, the application form will be automatically closed.)
3.2 If the review is not approved, the applicant will receive a notification via internal message/SMS/email, and the status of the after-sales application form will be "Closed";
4. Return to factory for repair;
4.1 If our company's after-sales personnel determine that the after-sales materials cannot be repaired, the after-sales application will be terminated;
4.2 If our company's after-sales personnel determine that the after-sales materials can be repaired, the repaired product will be shipped out after the repair is completed;
5. Users can view the processing status of their order's after-sales service in the "My Orders - After-Sales Records" section of the top navigation bar of the online store. Pending Review: The after-sales application is awaiting review by our company's order tracking/sales team;
Pending Return: The materials for factory repair are awaiting the user to fill in the courier tracking number on the after-sales details page;
Pending Inspection: The returned materials are awaiting inspection by our company's after-sales personnel;
Pending Shipment: The repaired items are awaiting shipment back from our company;
Pending Receipt: The repaired items have been shipped by our company, and the user needs to click "Confirm Receipt of Replacement Product" on the after-sales details page;
Completed: The entire after-sales process is complete;
Closed: The after-sales application will be closed due to factors such as the user not filling in the courier tracking number for the returned materials in time, or the after-sales application not passing our company's review, or the returned materials failing inspection;
Cancelled: The user has withdrawn the after-sales application;
