The HM-ZD350D is a double-station fully automatic intelligent box-making machine designed for premium boxes of standard sizes, with a focus on high-speed production. It is suitable for the mass production of various box types, such as high-grade jewelry boxes, mobile phone boxes, jewelry cases, gift boxes, cosmetic boxes and watch boxes. It can produce boxes with a maximum size of 350mm in length and 250mm in width, featuring a wider processing range that better meets the demands of the modern packaging market.
The overall appearance of the machine has been newly designed, ensuring enhanced safety and improved aesthetics. Equipped with a servo control system and an image positioning system, this machine automatically completes the entire production process, including paper feeding, gluing, gray board feeding, four-corner pasting, positioning, box clamping, edge wrapping, ear folding and folding forming.
