The HM-WK420B Automatic Frame Wrapping Machine is an automated device designed for the frame wrapping and edge forming process. It is suitable for the mass production of various box frames, and widely applied in the manufacturing of high-end jewelry boxes, mobile phone boxes, jewelry cases, gift boxes, cosmetic boxes, watch boxes and other related fields. This machine adopts a servo control system, realizing automatic completion of paper feeding, gluing, positioning, panel turning, frame wrapping, folding, forming and bubble pressing. The feeder, gluing unit and conveyor belt are driven by well-known brand servo motors, enabling stepless speed regulation, high precision, easy adjustment and time saving. The dual-color conveyor belt eliminates the trouble of belt replacement and saves time, which is an invention patent of Hongming. The positioning unit adopts servo motors combined with color mark sensors, improving positioning accuracy and efficiency with faster operation speed. The forming machine is driven by THK linear guide rails and virtual electronic cams, ensuring more stable and wear-resistant performance as well as smoother movements.
