The HM-PZ850 is an automated device designed for the automatic glue spraying and bonding process of lid-and-base boxes and hard cases.
Specifically, the finished hard cases are stacked manually or automatically by a manipulator in the silo. The sheet separating mechanism then automatically pushes and pulls out the hard cases one by one from the silo, which then drop onto the hook platform. After that, three sets of hooks driven by servo motors move back and forth to transport the hard cases to the glue spraying station and assembly station respectively.
The glue spray head is fixed on a two-axis manipulator. Controlled by pre-set programs, the manipulator motor can drive the spray head to apply dots, lines, rectangles and irregular patterns of glue on the hard cases as per different box shapes. After glue spraying, the hooks move the hard cases to the lid-and-base box assembly area. At this moment, another set of manipulators quickly grabs a box from the lid-and-base box production line, bonds the box base with the glue-sprayed hard case rapidly. Once the combination is completed, the machine presses the bottom and side surfaces of the box, and finally ejects the finished product.
This machine is equipped with multiple sets of well-known brand manipulators and hot melt glue machines. The glue spray machine is fitted with an automatic heating system that allows preheating before operation. The main control system has a built-in memory storage function, enabling direct retrieval of parameters for previously produced products for immediate startup without the need for re-programming. The operation panel can be handheld and used at each workbench. The entire machine is controlled by PLC, with working parameters set via a touch screen.
Featuring simple operation, stable and efficient performance, it is a cost-effective fully automatic and intelligent device.
